Aust Property Investor operates a lead-generation platform. We collect your expression of interest and introduce you to independent property, finance and strategy professionals. We do not assess your position, provide advice, sell property, arrange credit, provide financial product advice, or provide tax, legal, accounting or real-estate agency services ourselves.

We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) or an Australian Credit Licence (ACL), because our service does not require one. Any licensed activity is carried out by the independent professionals we introduce you to, under their own licence or authorisation.

Everything on this site is general information only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not financial product advice, credit assistance, tax advice or legal advice. Before acting you should obtain advice from a licensed or appropriately qualified professional and consider your own circumstances.

Specialists we introduce you to are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own advice, services, licensing and conduct. We do not guarantee the suitability, performance or outcome of any introduction, and we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any third party. We may receive a referral fee or commission from them.

• Information you give us must be true, accurate and your own.
• You consent to being contacted by us and matched specialists about your enquiry, by phone, SMS and email.
• You must not use the site unlawfully, or scrape, disrupt or misuse it.

Property investment involves risk, including the risk of loss. Past performance is not an indicator of future performance. We make no representation or forecast about property values, rental returns, tax outcomes or borrowing capacity.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
